Email parameters
Fields for sending an email with the Tuix Email Service.
These fields are sent when sending an email, both with the npm client and with
fetch (as multipart/form-data). The applicationId is part of the URL.

The to in the send call is always required. It is not the same as the
template's optional To field, which is only used when sending with a
public API key (Create a template).
The sender and subject are defined in the referenced template's settings (Create a template), not in the send call.
data must be a JSON string (e.g. JSON.stringify({ name: 'Jane' })), not
an object.
